Will your manufactured home stand the test of time?

There’s virtually no difference between a site-built and a manufactured home in regards to life expectancy of the home. It all depends on how well you maintain your home. The average life expectancy of a well-maintained modular home is over 55 years from the time of construction. That’s pretty much identical to that of a site-built home.
