Are manufactured homes inspected like regular site-built homes?

Yes. All manufactured homes are to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) code. Each manufactured home goes through rigorous inspection before being certified. Our Factory Direct Homes then undergo an additional rigorous inspection by NEEMgreen, to insure that all energy efficient measures meet their certification standards.
