We offer our “Good as Gold” 10-year warranty. It’s one of the most complete in the industry. You’ll pay no deductible and no service charges. The first twelve months, the warrantee covers a number of cosmetic aspects like counter top problems, light fixtures, appliances, broken faucets. After the first year, it covers roof structure, sub-flooring, the electrical system, plumbing, siding/windows.
